Rachel was the best run coach I have had. Rachel's coaching style is supportive and attentive. She listened to my goals and provided me with a plan that worked around my lifestyle. She checked in regularly to see how I was feeling in my running, which I had never experienced previously. After a goal race, we had a follow up phone call to discuss my race experience and where she asked me to share any wins and to discuss any issues that came up. Overall I felt very supported and like I could tell her anything without her judging me. I also liked her suggestive style that provided me ideas to incorporate into my longer/harder runs. If anyone is looking for a run coach, I would highly recommend working with Rachel.
